The White Truffle, considered the diamond of the culinary world, was placed 4th on a list of the travel article "25 things to eat before you die". Festin Supper Club presents dishes carefully created to compliment the distinct flavour of white truffles! This will be a fusion menu which will include a lot of other flavours too! Tentative Menu: Truffle Brulee topped with shrimp, lime, chives & caviar Homemade ravioli - butternut squash, mascarpone & truffles Main Course - in the making (a meat cooked with a truffle sauce and seasonal vegetables) Dessert - An assortment of chocolate cake, balsamic strawberries, ricotta-lemon mousse We'll have one communal table for up to 10 guests. A wine pairing will be available to compliment the meal for an extra donation.
