For the main course options include "synea" a delicious meat dish with tahini sauce, a mouthwatering slow cooked dish, special home made meatballs baked with tomatoes and tahini sauce or chicken made on the grill with a variety of amazing spices
Possible side dishes include oven baked potatoes or fresh cooked rice with steamed vegetables.
For dessert Malabi will be served with roses syrup and crumbled pistachios on top Also a homemade cake served with coffee and window garden herbal tea to end the night. I will be serving red and white wine, and for those more adventurous, arak, a traditional liquor of the middle east.
