I like to cook because I always had an interest for experimentation, trying to combine typical mexican taste with healthy alternatives to enjoy tradition and rich flavors absolutely guilt free. I will present for you three ambitious courses with my interpretation of mexican gastronomy. First course: a true mexican antojito to recall the colorful view of a mexican street market. What about a corn tlacoyo with mexican salsa spread with fresh cheese. Second course: something strong flavored like meat or chicken with mole. All the richness and warmth of a family table. Third course and my favorite one: there's no complete meal if you don't have the sweetness of dessert. It doesn't matter if it's as simple as a piece of bread with homemade marmalade or if it's a fresh baked cookie or cake. It's just about crowning a great meal with tenderness and sweet memories. These three courses will be freshened up with typical infusions like jamaica or horchata, traditional company for a hot spring day. To make this party interesting I will offer mezcal for the braves or wine if my guests want to take it slow. I'll be happy to put toghether a table full of color and tradition. You just need to have a seat and open your mind for a new and unforgetable experience.
