Have you ever had a crunchy but soft Pizza made using a long fermentation dough? I prove my dough for at least 18 hours, so make sure you give me enough notice and you'll have the best Pizza of your life! Your notice gives me also the time to buy the exact ingredients you want on top of your Pizza, from traditional olives to exotic pineapple; I'll always top the dough with my homemade Passata sauce, but you choose all the rest! I'll roll my Dough in front of you and then top it with anything you'd like!
Only rule: my Pizza is 100% Vegan! I can top it with diary and meat free products, but if you trust me, there's nothing better than a great dough topped with a great Passata sauce and lots of different veggies!
