During this 3-hour workshop you will learn to prepare typical Spanish and Catalan tapas. The emphasis will be on traditional and creative Spanish tapas made with local, seasonal and organic products. We will prepare a colorful, delicious spread we will then feast on together, the Mediterranean way. Guests are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine, which you can dine with or we can prepare a sangría together with. Sample (seasonal availability permitting) Menu: Salmorejo (creamy tomato cold soup); Spanish Omelet with Crunch; Escalivada pinchos (roasted Mediterranean vegetables on toast); Stuffed Smoky Piquillo Peppers with Brandade; Basque Walnut Creams with seasonal Berries.
