The cooking class is hands on, it will start at 10am and be around 3 hours long then sit down to the lunch we just prepared. Our delicious menu will consist of 4 courses, coupled with plenty of red wine. Plus I will give you each an apron to keep and all the recipes needed for the course! We will make 5 different antipasto, hand made pici past with a Tuscan ragout, sliced Chianina T-bone served with arugula, cherry tomato, parmigiano, fresh red & green peppercorns and for dessert panna cotta with a mixed berries sauce!!
