I will compose a unique tasting menu based on who you are, what you like and you want to discover. When you book I'll get in contact to be sure to create a gastronomical meal that will evoke memories or invite you to discover new culinary experiences. There will be a wine pairing with a minimum of five glasses per guest.
I'm a passionate amateur chef, I will do my best to present you the best products according to the season and your wishes.

For wine lovers, I can give access to more than a hundred references, of which Burgundy and Rhône are very well represented. You can enjoy a Nuit St-Georges or a Chassagne-Montrachet, as well as some more mature Bordeaux wines. As we are in Switzerland, I'd be happy to introduce you to the unique grapes of the region.
