Our menu consists in a variety dishes from Mallorca. For the first we will be serving olives, oil, home made bread and pa negre (tipical local bread), tomàtiga de ramallet (local tomato), mallorcan sausage (sobrassada and camaiot), jamón ibérico (salat ham), menorcan cheese and black olive pate. Last, we will be serving a salad called escalibada (aubergine and red pepper mixed with olive oil). Last, we will be serving asparagus omellet and frit mallorquí with vegetables. And for desert, we will be serving fruit and gató (almond cake) with almond ice. There will be red and white or rose mallorcan wine. If you prefer beer or another drink, you’ll ask us. Menu is subject to changes based on produce I find in the local market.
