The passion for cooking has been conveyed by my uncle, engineer but gourmet cook in the deep. And exaggerating, as I like, I quickly expanded the field by moving from now on in multiple directions. I started in youth as a windsurf instructor, then dedicated to news journalism, then a motocross journalist, to switch to graphic design, industrial design and, finally, cooking, primordial passion, the summit of all the experiences, syncretic goal of Perhaps a lifetime perhaps somewhat dispersive.
