We like to call our table "The Melting Pot"; because cooking is about sharing dishes from different countries and cultures that reflect our own travel experiences. Nout has lived in two different countries, and Nora in five, and together we have traveled many more!
Whether it's an Italian risotto, Belgian fries, South Korean tofu stew, German dumplings or Thai vegetable curry, we want to surprise you with different tastes, smells and textures. We are not exclusively vegetarian but, as you can see from our list, predominantly. Most important for us is the quality, taste and use of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients!
If we're not eating, we're talking about food and if we're not talking about food, it's probably 'cause we're eating. Also, anything to do with arts, travels and Monty Pythonesque nonsense conversations about why possums are more prone to marxism than bears is sure to hold our attention as well.
We also have a blog where we do old-fashioned restaurant critiques: https://lisbom.org/
