Hi ! We are Diogo and Lizzie, sommelier and chef, both trained by Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
Many say all roads lead to the city of lights. Different reasons brought us to Hemingway's dearest refuge, and although we attended the same school, it was a tad later on that we met, two years ago, whilst working at the same restaurant. Sharp sense of humour, mutual banter, shameless addiction to bubbles and an absolute love for food pairings led us to an inevitable plan: sharing our passion for gastronomy and french art de vivre through unique and unusual experiences. Dili, our brand in private dining was hence born.
Meet Diogo: Carioca turned Parisian, often wearing tweed and colourful socks. Horse-riding and countryside lover, avid tea drinker and an absolute carnivore with a soft spot for spices, Syrah and wine o'clock, of course. In France since 2013, Diogo is a member of the Paris Sommelier Association and works for Champagne Brimoncourt as exports developer and brand ambassador. @ledandydestropiques
Meet Lizzie: talented and inspired, often found in the kitchen or nearest street market - occasionally taking a siesta on the most comfy couch around. British elegance meets Hong-Konger precision. Lizzie cooks with local produce, following the seasons; using unusual techniques from all over the world to create new, interesting experiences. In France since 2012, she has worked at Ze Kitchen Galerie (1 Michelin star), Verjus and Ellsworth in Paris. @lizziekwee
Wow, absolutely amazing!
We have been to Paris 5 times and dinner with "Dili gastronomy" has been the best event period. If you could only experience one meal in Paris, this would have to be it!
The team have all trained at Le cordon Bleu worked at the best restaurants in Paris and now offer there home, heart and soul for a truly unique & unforgettable dining Experience.
We can't speak more highly or recommend more strongly a night with Lizzie, Diogo and Christophe.
To put this review into context this is the first review we have ever written in our 12 years of culinary adventures.

Both Diogo and Ana we're incredibly welcoming, and created a warm atmosphere for their guests. The food was wonderful, and was made even more an experience by the interesting wines that Diogo and Ana chose to pair with it. Diogo's apartment is very nicely decorated making it a perfect environment for an intimate dinner. Overall, a fantastic experience!
