I just love flavourful spicy food, whether it be a good Indian meal, a quick Mexican snack, a casual BBQ amongst friends. Since moving to the Languedoc from the north of England many years ago I have found the only way to experience the varied spicy foods we missed from home was to make them ourselves. My favourite food to cook and eat is Indian. A hot curry, crispy pakoras, Indian breads? No problem. We also love the flavours of Mexican cuisine. Spicy Mexican soup, zesty salsa, street food snacks, yes. My husband is king of the BBQ and cooks pork ribs low and slow so they fall off the bone Je adore cuisine épicée savoureux, que ce soit un bon repas indienne, un snack mexicaine rapide, un barbecue casual avec des amis. Depuis son arrivée à l'Languedoc du nord de l'Angleterre, je l'ai trouvé la seule façon de découvrir les aliments épicés variées nous manque est de les faire nous-mêmes. Mon plat préféré pour cuisiner et manger est indienne. Un curry épicé, pains indiens? Pas de problème. Nous aimons aussi les saveurs de la cuisine mexicaine. What to expect at Adele's place
My husband and I took two friends to Adele's Indian curry dinner as part of a birthday celebration. It can be hard to find good, spicy curry in France and whenever we've tried, we've been a bit disappointed at the quality and lack of flavor. Adele's dinner was just the thing to satisfy our craving. Her food was generous and plentiful, but most importantly, it had wonderful flavor. Parts of it were quite spicy (which we'd asked for), but it was never just spicy, there was always an excellent flavor underlying the spiciness. Adele and her husband are great hosts and they have a lovely spot in their home where they host dinners. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'd previously taken an Indian cooking class at Adele's (not booked through Vizat) and it was also wonderful and very accessible. Even if you're a novice cook, Adele is patient and explains everything really well.
