Having trained at the Cordon Bleu school of cookery and lived in various countries my approach to food is very international. If you are looking for a relaxed and informal way to enjoy learning some new recipes, then come and join us for a fun morning whilst I prepar your lunch!
Living in France inspires me daily as there is so much wonderful seasonal food available...I am never lost for new ideas. I am always inspired to create vibrant and original dishes with the fresh produce I find in my local market.
My classes take place on either a tuesday or thursday morning, but if you have a group of 4 or more, I am happy to arrange a suitable day.
