LOVE to eat! Always have. I usually eat healthy except on weekends, holidays and parties 😆😋 I also love to travel, 80’s music, being in nature and meeting people all over the world. I now make and sell fermented drinks and vegetables: kefir and sauerkraut. Come join me and experience some of our typical Mexican flavors in a nice environment.

We signed up for Marisol’s salsa making class. Marisol was such a pleasure to work with. She was flexible with her schedule and accommodated and engaged my 7 and 5 year old in the process. She took us to the market where we got to try some samples before coming to her beautiful home to learn how to make 4 types of salsa. It was a pleasure to learn from her.

Marisol has impressed us. Hospitality, knowledge, all the time devoted to us. Indeed in a freakie date like 1st of January!!!, she accepted our request and hosted us in her home. We loved the event, but we will never forget her attention, spirit of teaching us, and all the family attentions!!!. Thanks Marisol

Marisol took us to the local market, where we selected the fresh vegetables for the salas. We also had time to talk to the locals and buy fresh fruit and traditional Mexican candy. Marido welcomed us into her home and showed us how to make 3 different salsas from different bases. She made quesadillas, eggs and provided tortilla chips to tase the salsas. Everything was fresh and prepared right there in her beautiful Kitchen. She speaks English and Spanish which was perfect.
