My name is Ayako, I love eating and cooking and having dinner with friends at my place.
After learning about Traditional Japanese and French and Italian at several cooking schools, I learned how to make sushi at Tokyo Sushi academy for one year. After graduating on Feb 2016, I started Sushi classes in school and at my place and catering.

We have just returned to England after nearly 3 weeks holidaying in Japan. One of the highlights of our trip was a Japanese evening meal cooked for us by Ayako in her own apartment. The food (and there was plenty of it) was delicious and Ayako and her young daughter were fantastic hosts. In addition to the wonderful food and sake Ayako gave us lots of valuable information about things we must see and do whilst in Tokyo. This included where to see sumo wrestlers practising and the local fish market. Ayako also managed to cater for my daughter who doesn't like fish! (quite a challenge in Japan).
Massive thanks to Ayako for a wonderful memorable evening.
