Our family ancestors come from Campania (Napoli), Calabria and Roma and we inherited a long tradition in cooking pizza and bread with wood oven. Since more than 10 years we enjoy friends and guest from all over the world in our lunch, dinner and pizza dedicated classes.
We always explore in order to select the best flour, mozzarella, tomatoes and hams all around Italy.
Finely chosen ingredients will be at disposal of our guests: yeast, olive oil, fresh basilico, peperoncino, gorgonzola, parmigiano, finest fresh and aged cheese, mushrooms, tarfuto etc.... to offer a unique dinner experience in a very friendly atmosphere.
We also love Italy, Rome and it's surroundings so we will be happy to share and suggest to our guests how and where to best spend their holidays in our fantastic country.
