I'm a chef with my own company, happy to cater for venues and companies such as luxury brands, magazines, Fashion Week and photo production teams, Paris events in museums, tea rooms, cocktail dinner parties. After several stays in Japan and monthly trips abroad discovering new food markets, my eyes and my palate got familiar with different shapes, colors and tastes. As a former Art Director, I'm mindful of details and aesthetics which also led me to be a food consultant for several restaurants and cafés in Paris, Hôtel du Nord on Canal Saint-Martin, Café Elephant Paname place Vendôme or Yellow Tucan place des Vosges...
My favourite dishes come from my childhood, the ones that, years after years, gathered us in our grand parents kitchens. It’s now my turn to gather people I love in cheerful venues where we can cook together fresh and local produce, drink joyful wines and share habits with each other.
Dinners and cooking lessons are a wonderful way to share with you my passion for French Art de Vivre through unique experiences.
