My favourite dishes come from my childhood, the ones I used to cook with my grandparents.
I'm a chef with my own catering company since ten years now, happy to cater for venues and companies such as luxury brands, magazines, Fashion Week and photo production teams. For many Paris events: brunches at la Gaité Lyrique for two years, Hôtel Bohême's tea rooms, and so many cocktail dinner parties.
After several stays in Japan, my eyes and my palate got familiar with different shapes, colors and tastes. Aesthetics became very important in food. As a former Art Director, I'm mindful of details and presentation which also led me to be a food consultant for several restaurants and cafés in Paris, Hôtel du Nord on Canal Saint-Martin, Café Elephant Paname place Vendôme or Yellow Tucan place des Vosges...
I'm fortuned & proud to be a "Cool Cousin" as well, and to be a guest on podcasts, as I love to share my passion for French Art de Vivre through unique and unusual experiences. I love to spent abroad several days a month discovering new food markets.
