I'm a passionate cook and I started cooking when I was a child, with my mother and my grandmother, they taught me a lot, in their kitchens there was always a very good smell of food! I like to share food and its secrets with others! I live in a nice place, in the countryside, near Rome, in Zagarolo. In my land I grow fruit and vegetables, and I can produce excellent extra-virgin olive oil and also wine.
