My cooking is based around simple yet extraordinary, well chosen ingredients. Indeed, it is more authentic and scrumptious to enhance a juicy blood red tomato or an aged locally grown steak than to mask the limitations of inferior ingredients. Come share a unique experience with others in the heart of Jerusalem where memory, ancestry, and culture all influence both the food and the conversation.
