My cooking showcases the cuisine and seasons of the Amalfi Coast. I use both ancient local methods and new techniques that I have learned. I hope to capture the essence of the Mediterranean ecosystem: water and earth.
As a sommelier, I will pair your meal with local wines from Campania, made by vintners who honour the natural cycle and express the local terroir.
Join me to cook or dine at Villa Cocles, the dining hall of a 17th century convent in Positano. I restored the space in 2004, preserving the high arches, vaulted ceilings, and terrace of the original structure.
Enjoy your meal on the secluded terrace, under the shade of tall cypresses overlooking Positano’s Fornillo Bay.
