I am Matteo, italian architect currently living in Jerusalem. For many years I developed my cooking passion in Italy, through the contact with my parents and grandmothers kitchens, and with the family restaurant that my aunt and cousin run in the province of Modena, in which I used to work during summer as a waiter. I want to bring people in contact with the home Italian food, often very far from the one of the “Italian” restaurants abroad. It is a kitchen made of simple flavours and genuine tastes, to share around a table, no matter if it is with family, friends or new people.
