I was born in Mexico and trained as a chef in both Guadalajara and London England. If I could say one thing about my inspiration for these menus it would be having fun blurring the line between high end cuisine and Mexican street food. Why not elevate what's found on the streets with high quality ingredients and flashy presentation? It's fun and most importantly tasty.
Through my professional experience I have crossed many cuisine boundaries. Most recently I was travelling through South East Asia enjoying the food there and playing with the idea of fusing it with Mexican.
My partner Byron, writer, teacher and world travel, and I are looking forward to meeting new people, sharing recipes and talking about food, travel and culture.
Great location near the happening part of Roncy. Manuel and Byron were attentive and gracious hosts. We went with another couple and dynamics made for some interesting dinner conversation. You typically cannot have an equivalent culinary experience at a restaurant.

Great hosts, made sure the conversation flow kept going. Super-clean and tidy place, they even had a blackboard with the event's theme written on it. The food was amazing and even too much--I wasn't able to finish all the servings.
