A native philadelphian, gourmet and wine wonk, I was raised by a polish immigrant mom and a blue-collar dad who fancied himself the galloping gourmet on weekends. I have an exuberant passion for all things food and have been cooking extensively for 30+ years. Intrigued by the intersection of cuisine and culture, I find simple pleasure in breaking bread with neighbors and inherent joy in feeding others.
After spending a year and a half traveling through Europe, where I worked alongside a chef-owner of a small brasserie in Lyon and herded goats on a dairy farm in the mountains of the Auvergne while learning how to make an outstanding chevre, I’m thrilled to be back in the most underrated food city in America!
Every course prepared by Regina was beautiful and delicious. The tastes of Philly were skillfully woven into this interesting menu. Beautiful location too!

This dinner was a wonderful take on Philly favorites done up in a gourmet style. I almost felt like I was dining at a starred Michellen restaurant in France. The shrimp/polenta and taleggio meatball dishes were fantastic. The wine pairings were perfectly matched and served in great stemware - wine enthusiasts rejoice! The pace of the meal was definitely relaxed so prepare for 3+ hrs but Regina's apartment is a fantastic setting; clean and beautiful with big windows looking out over the city. Highly recommended!
