A Global citizen, I am inspired by my travels and the skills handed down to me by my grand mother and mother. I create my own recipes using a combination of new age super foods and ancient Indian wisdom and techniques. With a focus on seasonal, local and organic produce, I love creating food layered with textures and flavors and is delight to the senses.
