I have twenty years of experience in developing and providing training. I have been working in Madrid, Bordeaux, Chicago, Chile and London.
I have a master’s degree in Chemistry from Salamanca University and Certified from Harvard University in Science and Cooking, so in my diner experiences you will not only learn the HOW you will also learn the WHY.

Had an amazing time with David. He guided us through some great molecular gastronomy techniques, explaining the science as well as setting us some delicious practical experiments! The food was excellent and we really appreciated his knowledge and personability! Recommended!
