Good food is my passion, my reason of life. I'm an ex IT project manager and I put in my kitchen the same precision and attention I used with my previous job.
But cooking let me also use my fantasy and creativity and also pairing my great food with good wines.
Usually I cook Italian or traditional dishes but I'm open to new experiments.

What to expect at Magic Francesca's's place
We had a really nice afternoon at Francesca's house. We got our hands dirty from the beginning, we learned several tips on how to make it and then we were delighted with so many flavors. I haven't stopped thinking about this lunch since then. Not to mention the wine she served us. So good! I highly recommend this experience!
We had a wonderful experience. Small group of six so was able to participate in preparing the meal. Food was delicious!
We had booked another EatWith event that wound up cancelling. I'm so glad my wife and I found Francesca's booking to be available. A very good evening learning about pasta making from Francesca. We enjoyed her hospitality and friendliness explaining the items. Another group was with us for the event for a total of 5 people and nice to have the interaction thru the night. Excellent event, and recommend to others.
We had a wonderful evening learning, cooking and eating. Francesca taught us how to make 3 different pastas. Once prepared and cooked she sat us down for a 3 course (all pastas!) meal. Each course was paired with wine and was our best meal in Rome. I highly recommend cooking class with Francesca!
