My name is Bita Fallah. I am a Professionally trained and qualified chef with an outstanding standard of cooking and presentation nurtured from my training in a Persian family home environment with traditional dishes passed down by the generations. Having worked in many reputable hotels, private clubs, Michelin Star and Fine Dinning restaurants has also added a great value to my culinary knowledge, experience and passion. My Supper Club events have been really successful in the last few years and have been in The Evening Standard as one of the best Supper Clubs in London. Recently one of my Persian recipes has been published in the 'Bake for Syria' book about which I am very proud of being part of this amazing cause. Wow, Bita, is all I can say. I LOVED your supper club and was really impressed with how you catered for my vegan diet. The food was delicious and too much of it, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and I want to come to your next one. Thank you and thank you for letting me have those delicious olives at the end of the evening!
Had a lovely night at Bita's Persian Feast! Food was delicious with fresh ingredients that were perfectly cooked. The saffron rice was particularly good and subtly flavoured, as was the rice pudding dessert (what can I say, I like rice!). Olives were amazing. Bita was a great host, would definitely recommend.
Wow, the food alone was one of the most interesting and most delicious flavoured dishes I've ever eaten. Can't wait to eat crispy Saffron rice with pistachio topping again. Also the chief Bita was an excellent host, with a great energy and happy to tell us lot's about the ingredients she's using and entertaining facts about Iranian Culture. It was a very lovely intimate atmosphere, allowing me to get to know the people around me. Definitely worth doing if you love food and meeting people.
