I am a classically trained Michelin-star Chef. I started my career as a Pastry Chef and advanced to Executive Chef before opening my own restaurant, Crofton on Wells, in River North. I love to make people happy through great food! I source my ingredients from local farmers and artisans as much as possible. I like to use Gunthorp Farms, Slagel, Publican Quality Meats, Seedling, Mick Klug. I use a mix of vintage and contemporary china and silverware as well as Riedel and Schott-Zwiesel stemware. I can't wait to welcome you to my vintage apartment for dinner!
