My preference of cuisine is a brush stroke across the palette of my life. First is the Greek & Turkish heritage my great-grandparents passed on through my mother that made up most of childhood memories of family meals. Then came the Middle Eastern from my array of childhood friends, along with the Caribbean & Latin American flavors that I absorbed in my adolescent years residing in South Florida's melting pot of culture. Having a family who started a catering business when I was 11 years old gave me more than enough opportunities to explore the potential a kitchen offered. Before I chose to work primarily through my palate, I peered through perspectives of the visual artist, working with pencil, camera or paint. In these years, I would take on culinary gigs occasionally due to my capability & accessibility to catering resources through the family business. I even wandered into the corporate scene, but once the one year mark was on the horizon, I knew wholeheartedly that conversation that lacked any true flavor, was not for me. Through some reflection & glimmers of enlightenment, I made my decision to start Savorhous; a culinary company draped over my zest & enthusiasm to offer genuine flavor to savor to the world. Since then, I've been blessed with opportunities to travel to immerse myself into cultures other than my own. I also am infinitely grateful to have work alongside culinary talent whose professional feedback & nudging had helped shape my confidence & refined my technique. Now committed to such flavor to savor delivery, I ensure every detail of my meals are received & enjoyed all together as my menus speak the language of enthusiasm & love. With emotion & intent to not only to nourish the body, but the spirit as well, I share my stories through global flavor with those who enjoy such adventure.

What to expect at Dave's place
The smell of this amazing evening was first enjoyed with the most amazing aroma coming down the hallway causing my mouth to water before we even sat don. The host was warm and welcoming to all of the guests and was delighted to entertain everyone. I thought the food throughout the evening was very comfort style cuisine but also creative and fun. Chef Dave presented the 8 courses using a family style setting for everyone to share and enjoy. I really appreciate this style of serving as it added more conversations to the dinner party. I would certainly attend and recommend another Eat with Chef Dave Mack event!!
Not sure what was better -- the food or the hosts! Absolutely recommend these hosts for their zest and enthusiasm! Although it was our first time doing EatWith, we felt like we were among long-time friends. I can't stop thinking about the food!! Dave and Lisa were absolutely phenomenal -- highly, highly, highly recommended!
