I have been blessed with the opportunity to live in different countries. So I use my experiences and my cultural heritage as inspiration for my creations. I was not trained classically but I learned from my mother, grandmother, and of course the abundance of Aunties I had. I hope I can convey my love and passion for cooking to you.
I have just returned from 5 monthss in the west Africa region and gained experience cooking traditional cuisines for a large number of people.
