I started to cook because it was too expensive to go out for lunch and dinner, every weekend. I have being doing that since 2003. After some time, my friends and family started to call me Chef Bob; it was when I realized I was creating dishes in my kitchen, to pleasure them. In preparation for dinner, I also study and create wine pairings. Once, a couple of friends came over for lunch on a Saturday, we spent the whole afternoon talking, eating, drinking and enjoying that time together. On the following Monday, at work, one of these friends told me that her husband and her talked about the experience they had at my house, for the whole weekend, and at the end she encourage me to apply for Eatwith. This is a little bit of the spirit I want to bring to my table: the experience!

What to expect at Roberto's place
Cozy environment from the apartment entrance to the view during dinner (a beautiful skyline with the moon shining bright). Food was surely one of the best I've ever had - I cannot decide which course my husband and I enjoyed most. As I am pregnant, Chef Bob was very kind to make some dishes adaptations for me. Everything was perfect, we've had a pleasure evening with nice talk and nice company. We will come back for sure!
