I have traveled the world during my career as a professional surfer and I have been fortunate enough to taste the most exquisite cuisines in over 30 countries. Moms from the Island of Capri and Pops the coast of France, both great cooks in their own right. Fabulously rich and savoring foods were the norm as a toddler, but had to fend for myself in the kitchen as a teenager. As a native Santa Barbarian, sharing my local insights about this paradise I get to call home, is quite often nice to see visitors reactions. I find it intriguing how good food & wine always brings people together and how it often creates fun times, good vibes and lasting memories.
