I am a seasoned Chef with a dedication that began 25 years ago in the mixing bowls of a historic Massachusetts bakery. It led to a business degree from Umass, Amherst in Hospitality & Restaurant Management, French Culinary School in California and a serious addiction to baked goods. Since then I have enjoyed rolling up my sleeves in every role from Personal Chef and Kitchen Manager to teaching classes at Sur La Table and Family Community Centers throughout San Francisco. I believe travel is the only way to broaden ones palate. My eating adventures have spanned across Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Israel, Thailand, Burma and Europe (most recently Spain and France). Although French trained, I gravitate to Spanish/Italian cuisine with a touch of comfort that only my grandmother could have taught me. My dog Cooper is my official taste tester, and we look forward to you joining our table.
