I provide recipes and I write reviews, I do customized cooking classes and catering in their homes. Today, in my home/kitchen, I receive friends from all over the world, I meet them and take them to discover and taste the real contemporary Italian flavors! So perhaps you will find a mix of something Tuscan with with something Roman or something Genovese and something Sicilian. Everything is very regional here in Italy. For example when you change region you change the shape of the pasta, the sauces, the ingredients, the wines the breads, the cheeses, almost everything! This dinner was a birthday surprise for a friend of ours and his wife, they had a fantastic time and said the food was amazing! Debora was very flexible and accomodating during the organising of this event. Our friends and ourselves can’t fault the experience, on the contrary, we would recommend it to anyone wholeheartedly!
We had a wonderful evening with Debora. The appartment and the table were beautiful decorated and the food was really delicious. Debora is very nice hosts and we received explanations about the food and some real good tipps for our stay in Rome. Thanks as well to the other guests from Saudi Arabia , we really enjoyed the joint evening.
What a great evening! We got a warm welcome from the host, she was really nice and friendly - and the best and most important part for us: the food was amazing! The ravioli was the best I have ever tasted, and the first course and the fish and the dessert: amazing! She makes food from all around the country, depending on the seasons.
