So as you know my name is Urbano. I'm what you my probably call a Molecular chef. It’s in my believe food should be a thing of joy, a way to tell my guests my emotions and deepest thoughts. In the past 7 years I ate my way through the world while working and traveling. I covered all continents and had ate most things edible to man From rancid fish in Finland, crickets in Thailand and even snakes. Surprisingly the last one was here in Israel. In my travels I explored old European cuisine in culinary school and researched my German food origins. With time going by I have gotten frustrated from the way we eat today and started asking questions( A thing that cooks never do) In my kitchen I try to challenge the way we eat through science, if it’s on a plate served in negative 68 degrees or even if it’s not on a plate at all! By using more dimensions like smell and sight I try to make your experience long lasting and memorable.
