After two decades of working as an interior designer for a prestigious group; Jean-Yves has taken the bold move to leave his comfort zone and dedicate his time and his life to his two passions: gastronomy and the art of receiving guests.
He is known as much for his unbelievable creations as for the grace with which he serves them — teaching you how and why certain flavors work together, challenging your palate, and telling the story of every dish.
One of his projects is to create his own team gathering a handful of talented chefs from all over the world.

Jean-yves was beyond magnificent! He was such a great teacher and took such care to explain every step in our macaron class! The macaron was the best of my life and we are so excited to come back to Paris and try Jean-yves gastronomic dinner!! Merci beaucoup for everything!! It was perfect!!

One of the most memorable dinners I have ever experienced. The perfect host, the perfect setting and the perfect meal.
I thought i had previously reviewed this but.... even after three years have passed, Lengko and I remember our meal and evening well. My simple summary is : 3 star Michelin food ambiance and service at a fraction of the price. Jean-Ives rescheduled our date by one night so we would not be the only people with another part of 8. Instead, we had a private dinner for 2. It was the highlight of our week together in Paris! We still show people the pictures.
