I am a chef originally from Sardinia.
In the kitchen I love to mix my roots with the gastronomic customs of Italy and the rest of the world, sharing knowledge and experiences with other people, discovering and recovering popular traditions and flavors, with an eye always attentive to the products of natural and healthy cuisine.
I am interested in all aspects related to food, from sensory research to nutrition, from sociability to environmental aspects, and for an ethical choice of pleasure and taste I use only seasonal and local products, preferably organic, from a fair trade supply chain and Slow Food presidiums.
I prefer a modern and fast cooking method that preserves the flavors, colors and nutrients, enhancing the taste sensations with spices and aromatic herbs.
Currently I organize private and collective cooking events, culinary lessons and tastings, I'm a member of The Slow Food Cooks' Alliance and I cooperate with associations, restaurants and catering that share my values related to food, in a constant challenge in being able to combine flavor, sociality, nutrition, education and environmental protection.
The real owner of the house is Nina, a fluffy fatty cat absolutely no agressive, just give her good food!
