I greet my EatWith guests with a warm smile, a great playlist and an aperitif. I'm a professional personal chef, founder of FedWell Austin and partner of Path Food Consulting. I'm passionate about high quality ingredients, big flavors, and health. I combine indulgent ingredients with health-supportive ones to offer a balanced and satisfying dining experience. I was raised in Austin and am proud of the local ingredients our city has to offer so I find great joy in discovering boutique ingredients from local food artisans. I source local and organic products whenever possible. I usually cook in other people's homes or you might find me teaching cooking classes at Faraday's kitchen store. When eating with me in my home I feature casual gourmet meals. I'm trained in classic French cuisine and healing cuisines including Vegan, Macrobiotic, Ayurveda and Raw. I usually cook omnivorously and combine cuisines and techniques to serve you the best. I pull ideas from recent travels, cookbooks, and chef's intuition. My newly renovated home is just 6 miles south of downtown on an acre of land. The space lends a rustic chic vibe with space to spread out like a true Texan. I hope that you will feel treated and discover something new by eating with me. I host with my musician husband or a fellow chef.
