I am participating in this to introuduce my deep connection to food and dining. To begin my tale, I must start where it all began, back home . I grew up in the northern parts of Israel to a family of dairy farmers. This helped me form a strong bond to the land and it's produce . In the past three years I have been spending all of my time cooking for the top Jerusalem food establishments. My pursuit is to bring memories and experiences to the plates I create.
