From the top floor with views of Lake Michigan and the downtown Chicago skyline, I invite you to an adventurous dining experience where I will serve interesting food made from scratch with the best ingredients available. Originally from the East Coast and have lived on the West Coast and in the Midwest. I have traveled extensively in the US and internationally for both work and pleasure. It is in my travels that I was able to experience many different cuisines and developed an interest in cooking up dishes for family and friends. I believe that atmosphere and conversation are key ingredients to an enjoyable and memorable dinner party and will strive to provide both along with great food and views of Chicago. . I am adventurous in cooking and enjoy trying new ideas such as a type of cuisine, ingredient or cooking method. I will make all the food served from scratch with the best ingredients available so you can be assured of the quality of the food you will be eating. This includes stocks, dressings and condiments. Vegetables will be sourced locally if available and will be fresh, organic and non-GMO. Meats will be from sources that do not use antibiotics and hormones. Seafood will be wild caught and not farmed. For your dining experience I will prepare multi-course meals that highlight both the food and the method of preparation. My goal is to serve interesting and eclectic dishes in the relaxed atmosphere of my home to people that share my passion for food and cooking.
