I've been eating my way around the world (43 countries!) for the past 15 years. I had my very first pastry class 10 years ago, worked in sales & marketing and I'm a professionally trained pastry chef from FERRANDI Paris, one of the best culinary schools in the world. Mastered French in 3 months and became a Parisienne in 2014, I spend much of my time exploring pastry shops and nice restaurants in Paris.
Originally from the beautiful Italian town Bologna, Francesco loves preparing homemade pasta and using seasonal ingredients from the markets as well as freshly picked herbs grown on our terrace.
Passionate about gastronomy, arts and culture, Francesco and I look forward to welcoming you in our neighbourhood, the authentic 20eme arrondissement, to have a taste of the real Paris and sharing with you our passion on good food and the French art de vivre. Francesco has been living in this neighbourhood for almost 20 years and knows almost every single street.
