My name is Loly and I am a plant-based chef in Paris I love travelling, I like living in other countries (I did in USA and in Asia), I love meeting people from different cultures. I love music (jazz, soul, hip hop) and I worked 15 years in the field of music as a legal manager. I love to eat "green" and to share this passion around me. I think that our health and the health of our beautiful planet start in what we eat. I live in a beautiful city with so many "Street Markets" with amazing organic veggies, it's just a master pleasure to cook with all the diversity around me. I live in a cosmopolite district, just near the street of the famous singer Edith Piaf was born. It's an unusual district, I will love to give the secret places in Belleville and you will love its ! In 2012 I created my own plant-based catering company Lolypop Kitchen. 2 years ago I was in charge of the Gaité Lyrique Théatre's successful brunch. I cook as a private chef and make some colored and yummy buffets for events (birthdays, weddings, party, movies Premiere...). Few times per year I work for the fashion week Also let your taste buds travel to a plant-based french or ethnic cuisine. What to expect at Loly's place
It was such a beautiful and inspiring experience at Loly's! The food was delicious and made from scratch. Every dish made us travel to a new place. Loly is a gracious host that shared with us so many great stories. At the end of the evening, we left with our hearts and bellies full. I highly recommend this experience!
This was a night of an adventure for us. We are not vegan - so the decision to come, was not based on the type of food served. We met a cheerful couple from the US (California / Minesota) - well... not really a couple... But you have to take the whole experience in order to dive into the details. So - we had a lot of laughs and fun sharing stories and tasting odd selection of vegi foods. Lets say - We're not becoming vegan.... But was very intetesting to here all about fermentation, detox, and healthy vegi cooking. By midnight Loly almost had to cick the 2 couples out.... Lots of fun. Great experience.
