I have two lives, one in Washington DC and one in a small village in the Languedoc, France, and I love to share them both with my guests. My Washington DC home is filled with French culture and art. Although I'm only two blocks from the NOMA metro stop, you will feel like you are in a sophisticated French bistro when you eat with me. When I'm at home in the Languedoc, I love to shop village markets and cook. I've taken many cooking classes over the years in DC and France, and I am passionate about La Vie Francaise. I also teach cooking and home canning classes. My goal is to provide a true French experience that you will always remember. Bon appetit!

What to expect at Tess's place
Tess is super friendly and fun . She was very welcoming and very easy to talk to. Her apartment is amazing and you definitely get a " Chill" vibe as soon as you enter. The Food was true to French traditions and Tess walked us through the rationale for each course and as it related to her personal story which makes it an interesting adventure! This was my first Eatwith experience and I'm happy to say that I'll definitely be looking forward to more .
