After a 38 year career as opera and musical producer , I have decided to persue a new career as a Chef. During my work in opera I have worked all over the world and took many cooking courses in a variety of countries. 4 years ago I settled in Israel where I have opened a weekend restaurant in my garden, serving a special menus which uses organic produce and old fashion methods of cooking . I manufacture over 6o verities of jams and savory spreads in addition to a varied menue of dished conceived by me using the skills I have acquired over the years in my travel.
