Hi everyone, my name is Rudi! I’m originally from Austria, but I’ve been living and cooking in Barcelona for the last 10 years. My extensive travels and experience in a wide variety of kitchens (ranging from lively taverns to high class restaurants in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria) has given me the ability to combine unique textures and flavuors. I build my Mediterranean inspired menu with seasonal and local ingredients, and always keep the ecological impact of my menu selections in mind. Every dish I serve is not only surprising and environmentally friendly, but is served in a beautiful presentation to make your experience as special as possible.
Since August of 2018 I am renting a new venue that I reformed especially for the eatwith dinners. By that I hope to provide a more dignified atmosphere for my guests, with more space to move, while still feeling like a cosy and welcoming invironment.
Because my menu is influenced by the disponibility of the locally available ingredients, due to the different seasons, it is subject to change. Please inform me of any allergies or dietary restrictions beforehand — I’m happy to accommodate!

Hola a todos, mi nombre es Rudy y soy Austriaco pero he estado viviendo en Barcelona por los ultimos 10 años. Mi experiencia laboral en multibles países europeos me ha dado la habilidad de combinar distintas texturas y sabores para alcanzar resultados verdaderamente sorpredentes. Preparo mi menu mediterraneo con ingredientes locales y de temporada, y siempre tengo en mente el impacto ecologico de mi menu. Cada platillo que sirvo no solamente es creativo y bueno para el ambiente, pero tambien esta servido en una presentacion elaborada para que tu experencia sea lo mas especial posible.
Como mi menu depende de los ingredientes que esten disponibles de acuerdo a la temporada, es regularmente sujeto a cambios. Os pido que por favor me informen de cualquier alergia o alguna restriccion de su dieta con tiempo anticipado, estoy feliz de satisfacer vuestras necesidades.
