I have been teaching cooking in Nice since 2003, and love to share my passion for the local food culture and French cuisine. I write about food for a number of international publications including Australian Gourmet Traveller, Delicious Magazine and the Financial Times. When I'm not teaching, I'm travelling to discover new flavors and bring back ingredients for my kitchen.
