On a mission to open a restaurant, Guillaume, a professional Head-chef from Brittany on the west coast of France, with over 12 years' experience in various restaurants between France and London, and Maja, restaurant manager, from London with a Croatian and Swiss background, and 15 years' experience in hospitality, are teaming up to create a fabulous adventure of dining experiences.

Absolutely incredible evening - this was booked as a surprise for a 30th birthday and Guillaume and Maja went above and beyond to make it a special occasion. Hosted at Good and Proper Tea, it was fantastic food, incredible service and such a memorable evening! The organisation in the lead up to the event was great and I couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. So pleased I booked with Guillaume - highly recommend and they thoroughly deserve their own restaurant asap! Thank you again
What a wonderful meal with great hosts! We were celebrating the birthdays of 2 of our friends and this was a surprise for the birthday girls. They loved it! The food was truly delicious, the atmosphere super cozy and friendly, and to top it all off, the messy Eton was a treat for the soul, eyes and the taste buds! Reccommend x 1000!
