Chef Guillaume is a professional Head-chef from Brittany, with over 20 years' experience in various restaurants between France and London. Together with Maja, he runs a creative dining space in the heart Hoxton, serving a seasonal French-inspired tasting menu. They collaborate with local artists, art galleries and ceramicists, serving each course on beautiful handcrafted ceramics.
