On a mission to open a restaurant, Guillaume, a professional Head-chef from Brittany on the west coast of France, with over 12 years' experience in various restaurants between France and London, and Maja, restaurant manager, from London with a Croatian and Swiss background, and 15 years' experience in hospitality, are teaming up to create a fabulous adventure of dining experiences.

We had a really fantastic evening hosted by Guillaume and Maya at THROWN art gallery. Each course was beautifully presented on the most amazing ceramics and tasted delicious. The surprise dessert was FANTASTIC - so creative, seriously delicious and a real showstopper! I can't recommend this experience enough!
Fantastic experience in a unique setting. Maya and Guillaume are superb hosts cooking up a storm. This is a perfect example of why experiences like this with Eatwith are so much more enjoyable and exciting than going to a restaurant.
