In 2015 Gabriel Waterhouse left the grand surrounds of Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle with the aim of making fine dining accessible. He bought a table from Ikea and began welcoming diners into his modest Bethnal Green home for a more informal culinary experience. Since then The Water House Project has hosted thousands of hungry diners, been featured in TimeOut and Monocle magazine, and was awarded 'Top 5 London supper club' status by The Evening Standard. He has had to buy a second table.

What to expect at Gabriel's place
An absolutely fantastic experience! The setting was idyllic and it was only further enhanced by the excellent food, wine, and atmosphere. The food was creative, presented beautifully, and tasty. The wine pairing was superb and the whole evening was fun yet relaxed. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique dining experience. We look forward to booking another one in the future.
