So much dribble. I have been to every single pork and pickle event to date (all two of them!) and will continue to attend every event they host like a superfan. Their food is absolutely delish. I am a big fan of the starters (brioche breads with paprika butter and chicken liver) and the puddings (almond creme brulee with candied bacon) are not only creative but the different flavours compliment each other perfectly. Get in ma belly.
What a wonderful premier of P&P. A lovely setting with a lot of friends and former colleagues. The food was just mouth-watering and stunning by those two young and talented chefs Terrance and Sam (didn't expect anything different). I hope they really embrace that chance to go all the way. Can't wait for the next pop-up which, hopefully, will be followed by their own place at some point in the future. Well done you two!
