Amazing selection of traditional Venetian food - from the fried radicchio, to the soft shell crab (moecche), to the "pasta e bisi" and the amazing roast rabbit, everything was cooked to perfection and following the traditional recipes of the region (trust me, I'm Venetian!). Add a couple of Americano, or Aperol spritz, to start, a nice bottle of prosecco with the starters and one of Ribolla Gialla (from Friuli) to follow, and you'll get the perfect venetian style night. Can hardly wait for the next region - such a clever and enjoyable way pf discovering Italy! Thanks to the amazing Isa and Riccardo for the experience!!
